How do I pay? |

Underneath this (number 2) you are required to fill in your delivery details.
If the greeting is to be delivered today, check the YES box. If you wish to pre-book a delivery date, click on the little green calendar icon underneath, and you will be able to enter the date on which you would like your greeting to be delivered.

If you are sure that you gave your details correctly (including your 3-digit security code), you'll need to contact your card's issuing bank to ask why they've declined the transaction.

It sounds as though you are experiencing "buffering". Buffering is a common internet facility - all streaming media is buffered if the recipient's internet connection is not as fast as the media that they are accessing. It is indeed the function of streaming media and is used mainly for the benefit of those on slower connections as it allows them to access media without having to spent several minutes downloading the entire file before listening to/viewing it.
